Tropical fruit forward IPA with moderate bitterness built on a foundation of locally grown craft malt and fermented cold with our house lager yeast strain.

A foundation of pilsner and roasted malts offer a smooth chocolate and cocoa profile which supports a bouquet of winter citrus and dank forest pine charged by a double dry hop of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra. Nostalgic and comforting but brings a fresh perspective with a modern hop bill. 6.5%
